GOD HAS A WAY OF DOING THINGS AND IT WORKS.

I don’t know about you but I need some things in my life such as wisdom and abilities for my life,  my family and all relationships, I need the understanding to apply things that really work, I need grace, peace, love, joy, and comfort to name just a few. 

 It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that sometimes things don’t work in our lives. Have you ever gone through stuff and no matter what you did it would not work?  Well listen, everyone has issues.  There is no shame in having issues but just seek help.   

For those of you that don’t know our story (mine and Jimmie).  We did not know anything. He didn’t know how to be a man, a husband or a father and I didn’t know how to be a woman, wife or mother.  We did a lot of figuring stuff out on our own that wasn’t so great. But mainly it didn’t work.  We knew two things at that time, we wanted our way and we knew how to fight.  So we needed some new tools in our toolbox that would actually work because those did not work. Matter of fact they did just the opposite of what our hearts desired. 

Again this is the thing, everyone has Stuff!! Or you can call them issues or whatever! There is no shame in having a problem, the only shame about that would be, not to seek help that is available. Let’s be wise enough to see that if what we are doing isn’t working we need to seek some help. There is some great help available, let’s build our lives with things that really work.

I know I say this often but it is so important.  When we get acquainted with our Father and His way of doing things,  good things happen.  I hope these verses encourage and help in your time of need like they do for me, whatever your need may be.

Job 22:21 RSV “Agree with God, and be at peace! Thereby good will come to you.  

Job 22: 21 NLT Submit to God, and you will have peace! Then things will go well for you.

Job 22: 21 KJV Acquaint now thyself with Him, and be at peace! Thereby good shall come unto thee.

I wanted us to read this verse in three translations because it is so good. My hope is that you read them over and over again and meditate on them and get them down in your heart.  God is a Good Father and He is so for you it is Ridiculous! He just keeps working with us. I hope you feel loved and encouraged.

PSALMS 86:15   But you, O God, are both tender and kind, not easily angered, immense in love, and you never, never quit.
